Zipmex Sees Buyout Offer of $100M as it Secures Creditor Protection: Report

Embattled cryptocurrency exchange Zipmex is all set to be acquired by V Ventures, a subsidiary of Thoresen Thai Agencies Pcl, for $100 million.
