GoPlus, a cutting-edge blockchain security startup, has announced a strategic alliance with Neo X, an EVM-compatible sidechain to the established blockchain Neo. This cooperation brings the GoPlus User Security Module (USM) to Neo X, marking a key milestone as the first decentralized network to use this advanced security solution.
Enhanced Security for Neo X
The GoPlus USM will bring an extra layer of security to Neo X, providing users and developers with improved protection via its node-level security mechanism. This module functions as an on-chain firewall, screening transactions against specific security methods and preventing potential dangers in real-time. The integration seeks to preserve blockchainwe interactions, enabling continuous and secure operations for all Neo X participants, including developers and their decentralized applications (dApps).
John Wang, Neo’s Head of Eco-Growth, expressed enthusiasm for the relationship, emphasizing its role in promoting a fair and inclusive economy on Neo X. We are proud to be the first blockchain completely integrated with the GoPlus Security Module, Wang stated. With our future anti-MEV feature, Neo X customers will enjoy new levels of security and fairness.
GoPlus’s USM serves as a bridge between user-initiated Neo X transactions and GoPlus’ SecWare services. When a transaction is initiated, the USM intercepts the data and delivers it to SecWare, which does real-time risk assessments using advanced AI algorithms. This configuration provides comprehensive, real-time protection while maintaining decentralization.
Brian Li, GoPlus’ Marketing Lead, emphasized the importance of collaboration for developers and users. “We’re thrilled to partner with Neo X, which marks a significant milestone as they become the first blockchain to support our User Security Module at the node level,” Li told the press. This agreement reinforces our commitment to improving Web3 security and delivering comprehensive protection.
The modular design of the USM allows it to be adapted and integrated with any blockchain, improving user safety and threat protection throughout the Web3 ecosystem. This integration enables Neo X to achieve maximum node-level security while staying permissionless and decentralized.
