On Thursday, Tesla rolled out its new software update with a whole lot of new features for its Model S, Model X, and Model 3 owners in the U.S.

Among other features, you can find in-car karaoke, entertainment services like Netflix and Hulu, and a feature (for really lazy ones) that lets customers call their cars like they’re summoning a dog – no driver required.

Of course, customers who paid for the Full Self-Driving option are higher up on Tesla’s list of priorities, and for them, there will be even more releases promised to come in “about a week”.

Tesla’s CEO Elon Musk confirmed this is its largest software update ever to this point and shows all the optimizations that are a key advantage when buying one of the company’s cars.

Dubbed Software Version 10.0 this version includes entertainment at its best. Spotify Premium, Netflix, YouTube, Hulu (including with live TV) – you name it. However, Tesla took care for its drivers’ security so the video services can only be viewed when a vehicle is parked – except Spotify that has, according to the company, been a huge request among Tesla’s customers so it works all the time. China-based Tesla owners will soon be able to have the same with iQiyi and Tencent video.

One more interesting feature is “Car-aoke” that comes with a massive library of music and song lyrics, with support for multiple languages. Song lyrics are displayed in sync with the song on the Tesla’s display and we can’t resist feeling sorry for those with children (can you imagine Pepa Pig theme going over and over for 300 miles?).

Tesla decided to “copy-paste” popular Google feature: “I’m feeling lucky.” You can select this option for either food (“I’m feeling hungry”) or something you’re searching for (“I’m feeling lucky”).

As per its blog, when testing, people have been taken to hole-in-the-wall restaurants, gourmet meals, national parks, city landmarks and more.

As for driving and main vehicle functionality, Tesla has rebranded its, above mentioned, car summon feature as “Smart Summon” and added new functions.

Smart Summon comes exclusively to Full Self-Driving and Enhanced Autopilot customers and it enables a Tesla vehicle to leave a parking space and navigate around obstacles to its owner. The car, however, has to be in your line of vision in order for Smart Summon to work. There is also new so-called “Joe Mode” meant not to wake up sleeping passengers by reducing the volume of certain car alert sounds.

As for when customers can expect it, Tesla says: “to receive this update as quickly as possible, make sure your car is connected to Wi-Fi. You’ll automatically receive Version 10.0 when it’s ready for your car based on your location and vehicle configuration — there is no need to request the update.

Tesla (TSLA) stock rose more than 6 percent to $242.56 on Friday at the time of writing and it keeps rising. Except new features, the reason for the stock hype might be also the fact that Electrek, a blog for electric vehicle enthusiasts, reported an email that probably has leaked from the company in which Musk noted that Tesla might be able to make 100,000 vehicle deliveries in the third quarter, which would be a record.
