Apple Fitness+ Features
Firstly, Fitness+ offers workouts for everyone regardless of fitness level. It is useful for both beginners and those who go to the gym on a regular basis. There is even a starter collection of videos for those who are “brand new to exercise”. This is a sort of introductory course to each of the app’s disciplines. The service includes 10 types of workouts: High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Strength, Yoga, Dance, Core, Cycling, Treadmill (for running and walking), Rowing, and Mindful Cooldown. For those who are not sure about what to do on any given day, Fitness+ recommends workouts based on what they already enjoy. There is also an intuitive filter to choose the trainer, time, workout, and music to fit users’ mood.
Secondly, when working out, Fitness+ provides data on pulse rate, time of exercising, calories burnt. There is also an activity column that shows the user’s rating among other Fitness+ subscribers.
Further, the Fitness+ team of trainers includes 21 trainers whom you might have seen on Instagram or other fitness apps. You may hear their competent comments while working out. The trainers will provide recommendations on how to limber up and how to safely do exercise.
Each week, Fitness+ delivers new content across all workout types with a variety of trainers, times, and music.
