After 22-months, pioneering entrepreneur returns with mission to strengthen and advance the resurgent realm of NFTs and digital collectibles

The @NFT account, social media’s largest web3 community, has announced its triumphant return to Instagram after a 22-month hiatus. The account, which boasts over 1.5 million followers, was initially launched in February 2021 by Leverage Game Media (LGM), a joint venture co-founded in part by web3 entrepreneur Aaron Avruskin.

The account was initially suspended in February 2022, a few months after Facebook transitioned to its new Meta moniker. After a lengthy period of uncertainty, the account suspension has been lifted, allowing the @NFT team to resume operations under the new handle, @NFT_.

“We are thankful Meta has granted us the ability to resume our mission of fostering a vibrant global community that embraces the transformative potential of web3 and NFTs,” stated co-founder Aaron Avruskin.
