CEO of Binance US Resigned From His Position

Binance US – the American branch of Binance – also went through some changes recently. At the beginning of August, CEO Brian Brooks announced his resignation. The 52-year-old entrepreneur was in charge for only three months.

Brooks did not elaborate much, simply explained that there were differences over the strategic direction of the exchange. However, he wished all the best to his former colleagues, assuring that he holds no grudges against the company.

Additionally, in July, the country manager of Binance Brazil – Ricardo da Ros – announced his decision to leave the exchange due to professional differences with the company’s top management:

“After 6 intense months as Country Manager at Binance, I decided to leave the company. There was a misalignment of expectations about my role, and I made the decision according to my personal values.”
