Developed by Activision Blizzard Inc (NASDAQ: ATVI), Call of Duty: Warzone will put the players in front of complex military tasks. Its battle dynamics looks neat and the game is set to engage players thanks to huge gaming maps, a ton of different weapon and improved graphics.

Will Hershey from Round Hill Investments says that the shift from a paid subscription to free to play mode is a step towards the right direction. Hershey claims that Call of Duty is less exposed than Apex Legends or Fortnite. The latter two have a younger audience, while Call of Duty typically attracts the oldies.

Call of Duty: Warzone will act as a standalone game, so the gamers won’t need to pledge money in Modern Warfare. In the game, the classic three-person squad could be formed to engage in the battlefield, players can unite using their PS 4, PC or X One via cross-progression and cross-play technologies.

Call of Duty Features Battle Royale and Plunder Mode

If you want to join the major battlefield, you must prepare yourself well. As the game allows up to 150 players as participants in Battle Royale mode. The Plunder mode allows the player to complete Contracts, collect cash across the map and steal from the enemy camp.

The location for the game is a large city Verdansk, with different types of vehicles available to cross the map efficiently. You can use an SUV, an ATV, a rover, a cargo truck and more.

The game’s respawn mechanics have some changes, first of all – the name change. The system got a controversial name GULAG, and it allows the player to respawn immediately after death in case he won a 1-to-1 battle. Your teammates will be covering you from the air, and they even can throw the rocks to keep the soldiers away.

Gulag mode is only available for the team if it hashes enough of the cash or completed in-game contracts. The game features a hefty of different contract types, including the collecting of cash, securing locations and such.

Please, be aware that the game requires from 83 to 101 Gb of the disk space in case you download it fresh. If you already have Modern Warfare on your gaming system, the download will last much less time, as the additional content only takes 18 to 22 Gb of data.

Stocks Keep Falling Despite the Loud Release and U.S. Army Sponsorship

Activision Blizzard (ATVI) stocks are showing the massive sell-off during the release. Previously, people could argue that this happens as the competitors are releasing their new games. Indeed, Call of Duty has millions of fans ready to pledge money in the game, but it is not the only game on the market. However, thanks to the coronavirus attack, all the markets are going red since Monday, and the week is promising to be very hot in regards to the troubles in Italy, the U.S., and other countries. In the overall rush to sell, it is unclear which stocks worth trying and where they’ll go even after a successful release or great news coming in.

Yesterday ATVI lost over 4% and fell to $57.35. Today in the premarket it is in green. At the moment of writing, it is $60.90 (+6.19%).

The Twitter corporation is investing in the Blizzard games because it helps in building bridges to the gaming community. Also, the U.S. Army is putting money and effort into the e-sports. The Army commanders claim that war games are one of the important factors attracting new soldiers. The army even started their e-sports team, it will compete with ordinary players. Fort Knox even had a competition for the soldiers last year: the best 16 e-players are now the members of the Marketing and Engagement Brigade based in the famous Fort Knox gold vault.
