Meet Pixlr Genesis
Pixlr Genesis is a new NFT project developed by the popular design and photo editing ecosystems in the world, Pixlr, and the software developer Phosus.
The team intends to create a fully decentralized art museum on the metaverse, rivaling the world’s largest institutions, including the Louvre, the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), and the National Gallery.
Pixlr Genesis is an ambitious project that aims to connect both artists and art connoisseurs worldwide in the decentralized virtual world called the metaverse.
The project is gathering many artists and art connoisseurs from every part of the world to its ecosystem, which aims to display about 10,000 pieces of exclusive Pixlr NFT artwork in a world-class crowdsourced museum.
2000 NFTs will be released in each phase over five phases to ensure the galleries are refreshed with new curations. Each piece of the Pixlr Genesis NFT is unique and manually signed with a secret attribute, and each phase has different benefits accruing over time.
The art pieces grant holders full access to the art gallery, allowing each user to choose what to display within the museum, how to invest secondary royalty funds, how to participate in fractional bids and where to focus the community’s attention.
Additionally, the Pixlr Genesis NFT serves as a seed for anyone to freely build on for derivative work while also functioning as an extra slot to display any piece of art owned by the same user wallet.

The project is building a full set of industry-grade ecosystem tools that are geared towards changing how arts and intellectual properties are marketed on a global scale.
